Override Governor Roy Coopers veto override of the survivors of abortion bill
The vote for a veto override of a bipartisan bill to require a duty of care for born alive North Carolinian's who are living and breathing fully outside of the mother's womb will be held on June 5, 2019 in the state House of Representatives.
Governor Roy Cooper vetoed Senate Bill 359-Born Alive Survivor's Act. Four House Democrats and two Senate Democrats supported the original vote. One Senate Democrat voted for a successful veto override in the Senate.
We now need House Democrats to join their Republican colleagues in voting YES for a veto override. Our NC leaders need to stand together to protect these little babies. They are North Carolinian's who made it alive into our state. They are MORE than worthy of our protection.
We truly want God's blessing in North Carolina and all of America!
Please. Take 2 minutes of your time to let these Democrat members of the NC House of Representatives hear from you!
We have click and send emails ready to go.
Below, you will find telephone numbers for each member of the NC House of Representative

NC House of Representatives:
I am a very concerned American.
The people of the great state of North Carolina spoke through their representatives in the passing of Senate Bill 359-Born Alive Survivors Protection Act.
How utterly shocked and dismayed I was when NC Governor Roy Cooper took it upon himself to VETO the passing of that bill!
North Carolina is NOT New York, Virginia nor Vermont. We value the lives of these innocent babies. They have made their way into our great state and deserve our protection.
That is why I come to you now. Will you please vote yes on June 5th for the veto override? Our NC Representatives did the right thing in the passing of this bill. You are the voice of North Carolinians. We are watching for our representatives to once again do the right thing.
Thank you for your time.
God bless North Carolina!
