BODY: Dear Citibank: I understand that you are setting restrictions on the sale of firearms by your business customers. I understand that you will prohibit the sale of firearms to customers who have not passed a background check. As a user of the card, I get that. That is legal and makes perfect sense and goes along with laws on the books. However, I wish you would have stopped there. I am very concerned that you have gotten into the political arena by imposing this restriction on users who are not 21 years of age. It is baffling to me that someone can join the military and defend our country and our rights at age 18 years old, but cannot purchase a gun using your services. It seems that you have taken the law into your own hands and are not taking the second amendment into consideration with your stance. As a result, I am going to cancel my credit card(s) with you. In the near future, until this is not your policy any longer, I will consciously not apply for a Citibank credit card as well. I would like to ask you to reconsider your stance. I think with my brain and my wallet and will boycott your services. Sincerely,
